Scootoff is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information seriously. Our website and back-office application Privacy Statement sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, what we do with it and how we protect this information. In order to process your booking, we collect personal details from you. These details include client names, addresses, passport or ID card numbers, driving license details, telephone numbers, e-mail. Credit/debit card or other payment methods (like Paypall) are not processed directly by us but through third parties processors; we do not threat, keep and maintain any data of the payment processes. Your data can be to used to contact you in case of administrative and operational needs before and during the rental period.

We may pass your information on to government authorities for compliance with legal requirements.

All data collected upon registration in the Scootoff site will be processed in line with this Privacy Statement. In your personal Scootoff section we store all your information, so that you can access it whenever you wish. All payment details are transmitted over a secure connection (Secure Socket Layer-SSL) to third parties processors. You may delete your Scootoff account by contacting Scootoff via email at the address info@scootoff.eu.
