Scootoff is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information seriously. In order to process your booking, we collect personal details from you. These details include client names, addresses, passport or ID card numbers, driving license details, telephone numbers, e-mail. Credit/debit card or other payment methods (like Paypall) are not processed directly by us but through third parties processors; we do not threat, keep and maintain any data of the payment processes. Your data can be to used to contact you in case of administrative and operational needs before and during the rental period.

In your personal Scootoff section we store all your information, so that you can access it whenever you wish.
